PAYMENT OPTIONS
Dr Spoonamore, as an added convenience to her patients, now accepts credit cards including Amex and MasterCard, cash and personal check. Insurance is not accepted and is self-pay only. At your request, you will be given a receipt for services, which you can submit to your insurance company for any "out-of network benefits".
New patients will have an initial in-office evaluation, which will include a full psychiatric interview and evaluation.
Note: Dr. Spoonamore is a licensed expert in Buprenorphine (Suboxone, Subutex) treatment. Fee structure will include 24-hour induction and monthly maintenance.
